Konto löschen
So löschst du dein Konto bei TheoriePass – in der App „TheoriePass“ bei Google Play und auf theoriepass.de. Anbieter: Mant Design – Muhammad Al Mousa.
Direkt in der App oder auf theoriepass.de
- Öffne die TheoriePass-App oder theoriepass.de und melde dich an.
- Öffne das Menü und tippe oben auf deinen Namen (Kontomenü).
- Tippe auf Konto löschen, gib dein Passwort ein und bestätige mit Konto endgültig löschen.
Dein Konto und die zugehörigen Daten werden sofort und endgültig gelöscht.
Per E-Mail
Du kannst die Löschung auch per E-Mail an contact@mantdesign.de beantragen. Schreib bitte von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du registriert bist. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb eines Monats und bestätigen dir die Löschung.
Diese Daten werden gelöscht
- Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort (verschlüsselt gespeichert)
- Gewählte Sprache
- Lernfortschritt und gemerkte Fragen
- Anmeldungen und Links zum Zurücksetzen des Passworts
- Die werbefreie Version, die mit dem Konto verknüpft ist
Was aufbewahrt wird
- Belege zu Käufen der werbefreien Version bewahren wir nur auf, soweit gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen (bis zu 10 Jahre). Die Zahlung selbst wickeln Google Play bzw. Stripe ab.
- Server-Logs werden nach kurzer Zeit automatisch gelöscht.
- Lernfortschritt, der nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert ist, bleibt dort, bis du ihn in der App zurücksetzt oder die App- bzw. Browserdaten löschst.
Delete your account (English)
How to delete your TheoriePass account – in the “TheoriePass” app on Google Play and on theoriepass.de. Provider: Mant Design – Muhammad Al Mousa.
In the app or on theoriepass.de
- Open the TheoriePass app or theoriepass.de and sign in.
- Open the menu and tap your name at the top (account menu).
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm with Delete account permanently.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately and permanently.
By email
You can also request deletion by emailing contact@mantdesign.de from the email address you registered with. We delete your account within one month and confirm the deletion.
What is deleted
- Name, email address and password (stored encrypted)
- Selected language
- Learning progress and saved questions
- Sign-in sessions and password reset links
- The ad-free upgrade linked to the account
What is kept
- Records of ad-free purchases are kept only where the law requires it (up to 10 years). Payments themselves are handled by Google Play or Stripe.
- Server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
- Progress stored only on your device stays there until you reset it in the app or clear the app or browser data.
